Q: I want to cancel my membership.  
A: Canceling your membership is easy.

    Any questions corespondance regarding your membership should include your user/ pass, or your subscription number. We cannot help you if we don't know who you are. Please provide as much information as possible.


 
Q: I"ve been a member with you for several months and now my password isn't working! What's up?  
A: here are some possible reasons:  
  • Your credit card was declined the last time we processed it;
  • Your credit card expired last month so we could not run your card this month.
  • You cancelled your account but forgot.
  • Your account was cancelled by us for unauthorized use of a credit card or similar reasons;
 
Q: I joined up but I don't want my wife/girlfriend to know. Will I be on a mailing list?  
A: No! We respect your privacy. You will receive one confirmation letter of your membership. You will not be contacted again unless you are coresponding with me regarding your membership.  
Q: I waited too long to cancel. I don't want to be rebilled for another month.  
A: There are no refunds given if you wait too long to cancel. You must cancel 48 hours before your next rebill date to insure that you will not be rebilled. After you cancel your membership, you will have access to the website for the remaining duration of your membership subscription.  
Q: My password just won't work.  
A: Our password login is cAsE SenSiTivE. Please be sure you are entering it exactly as your confirmaiton email reads. If you have concerns: please contact us immediately! Be sure to include your membership information so we can troubleshoot.
